Precision Door Service

The service was done in a very efficient manner. The person who did the work knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend this company to fix garage doors or to install new doors.

Mike was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues with the door and also showed me where the door was getting caught up. He was very prompt and fixed the door in a timely manner. After installation, the door now works perfectly and is no longer making noises and rocking from side to side. Would recommend their services to others.

The guy came out and was very nice and looked at it. He said he could not do the work and I could get a refund.

Everything went as expected and both doors now work fine. The provider showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and fully explained all steps in the process.

It was fine but I since called them to come back but I never heard from them and I also referred them to a client of mine as I am in real estate and they never responded to that request either. So I won’t be using them again. The service was fantastic, they were right out there, there were no problems and they were great but I never heard from them since! The big deal was for $69 and then they did some additional work on my request but the key code they installed doesn’t work anymore which is why I called them back in the first place.

The guy who came from the company was very professional & had a very helpful personality. There was an issue with the garage, after the rollers were replaced, so we called up the company within 10 mins after the guy left & he came back to fix the issue...which i think was very professional. We just bought this house, so had a few questions regarding resetting the system...& the guy was very helpful throughout & gave us extra time to answer our questions...appreciate the extra efforts & awesome customer service..

The service man from Precision overhead door came to my house on time as agreed to, and did a great job of adjusting, lubricating and replacing all the roller bearings on my solid wood, dubble wide ,overhead door. It had never been serviced since being installed new 20 years ago. It got to sounding like a freight train when going up and down. When he was done I could'nt believe my ears, it was so quiet. The service man was verry profesional, knowledgeable and personable. I would gladly reccomend Precision overhead door to any one needing a new install or a great tune up as I recieved.

The office staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. They did not return messages or calls as promised. They ordered the wrong materials for the job and when the door arrived, the windows were wrong. The installer was good and said they would reorder the correct windows, for which I had paid extra, I am still waiting for that to be corrected.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service were very knowledgeable. Their equipment and things that they fixed the door with are much better than the company I used. The door was only six months old. It was from a company that has really cheap products. Precision's products are much better.

They were very quick in getting out here, and the man who performed the services not only did a very thorough job, but he explained the process thoroughly. Very good work! Would definitely call them again!

From the first call to the day of service everyone was prompt and courteous. Repair was done well and we've had no problems since.

It was very good. The maintenance man that came out was very nice and very pleasant. He explained to me everything about what he was going to do and he just went about to do it.

Precision contacted me and we made an appointment for the afternoon of April 18, 2013, between Noon and 4 PM. At about 1 PM, the serviceman called us and said he'd be at least another 1.5 hours. Several more similar calls followed, up until about 5:30, when I asked him where he was. Considering he was still at another job about 40 miles away, I suggested tomorrow would work better, as he'd get here close to dark. I was annoyed, as I had stayed close to the phone all afternoon. He did arrive at @ 9:30 the following day, and completed the work quickly to my satisfaction. About an hour after he left, he called again to ask if he had left some of his tools in our garage. He had. He has still not returned to collect them.

Got appointment by phone. Came with in the time frame specified. Did the work promptly.I was present all the time repair was done. All the questions that arose during the repair were answered appropriately, My wife who does not know a whole lot about the garage door repairs stated that she was happy that I was present. If you want to be happy with the repair on your garage door then be present when repairs are taking place.

The repairman was coming from Williamsville (to East Aurora) and was supposed to be here by 5. He was late but called to let me know. When I had purchased the deal (off Angies list) I forgot that I needed two (for a double garage door) and when I contacted the company they told me that was fine and just to pay the service man the deal price when he arrived. I informed him of this and he said I would have to pay full price and that's not the way it works but he could contact his supervisor and find out if he could in fact do the second door for an additional 70 bucks. I was running late for somewhere and I really didn't want to have to wait for the second door to be done anyway so I told him to forget about it. We don't normally use that garage door much. His work went relatively quick and he gave us a pamphlet on future services and we talked a bit about the state of the doors and then he left. He did the work promised, the door is a lot quieter and we are planning (hopefully) to replace some of the parts that need to be replaced due to their age. We never would have known they were that bad unless he let us know. Bottom line: good work for the price.

Precision Garage Door was wonderful to deal with! I bought the deal on Angie's List and called right away to schedule on appointment. I subsequently had to reschedule (twice!) due to changes in my work schedule, and they were very undserstanding and accomodating. The technician that came was very professional and my garage door now operates smoothly and quietly!

Shortly after I purchased the certificate the company called me to schedule the visit. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and efficient. The work was scheduled for the next week because of my schedule. The day of the appointment the crew called me and gave me an hour notice so I would be home. They arrived about ten minutes ahead of schedule. The two man crew introduced themselves and went right to work. I mentioned that one of my lights wasn't working properly. When they were finished they told me what work they had done and said that everything looked good. They did not try to sell me additional services but hoped I would call them if I needed anything in the future. I will!
