Description of Work: The service tech arrived on time, was friendly and professional. The work to be done was discussed and performed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use Precision Doors again. The tech replaced two garage door springs, worn/damaged components and added safety cables.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door rollers, as well as repaired and reconnected tension wires on door. Work was completed in a timely manner and done well.

Description of Work: They were supposed to replace my garage door, provide 2 remotes for our cars, and replace our touch pad. In the process of replacing the door they accidentally broke the garage door sensor. The installer said the new sensors would not work with my older operator. They ended up giving me a new operator free of charge! | |The work looks great, there were really fast, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Everything went well once I got past a confusing contact procedure. I took a special that came to me in an email from Angie's List. I was advised that I would hear from the provider by email within 48 hours. That did not happen. After 72 hours I received another email from Angie's list inquiring if I had heard from the provider and, if not, would I like help from Angie's list. I responded that I had not heard from the provider and yes I would like help from Angie's list. Nothing happened. In a couple of days I contacted Angie's list to advise that I had heard nothing from the provider or Angie's list. Again nothing happened. After about a week, I called the provider and advised them that I had been waiting to hear from them. I gave them my service number and an appointment was made, kept and I was totally satisfied with them. I was advised when I called that they had no idea why Angie's List had told me that they would contact me by email. After that little snafu, everything went smoothly so I was very satisfied with the provider but not with the way that Angie's List handled (or did not handle) the contact issue.

Description of Work: We purchased the garage door tune up and roller replacement. The crew were professional, efficient, showed up on time, and did a quality job. They went beyond our agreement and hooked up our old garage door opener. Great work overall. They were also there for an estimate for some other, unrelated work. After not hearing back about the estimate for a few weeks, I contacted them and they responded quickly. Overall, very happy.

Description of Work: Quick to return call. Came the same day which I did not expect (wasn't an emergency or anything). Professional. Ended up less than they said it may be on the phone. Just great. Would use again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Replaced the rollers on my garage overhead door. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. They also helped me set up a code for the remote at no charge. Very good people to work with.

Description of Work: Serviced broken door. Replaced all rollers. Unfortunately, the $77 tune-up never got me a tune up on my other door. It was just applied to the broken one with a lot more cash for the repair.
