Pollard Windows

They make their own windows and install them. The builder of our home talked us into using their windows. They came with a lifetime guarantee . We?d been in the house for 6 years when the vacuum in the middle of the seal for one of the real big windows, which is also called the eyebrow window, got a leak in it. There was a lot of condensation inside the window and when it rained hard, the rain leaked into the house and down the wall onto the floor - it was terrible. Once we filed our complaint with the Pollard rep, it took them about a year to finally replace it. They kept saying that they were going to come out again and again. Maybe it was because it was a small job and they are more into doing big jobs and so they had to come when they had some extra time, I guess. When they came, they were very clean and you would never even had known that they were here. They had to take the old window out and it was up 3 stories high in the peak of our house - over the front entryway. I thought they were going to have plaster and dust all over the place and it was going to be a mess, but they cleaned up everything and we couldn't even tell they had been here if we hadn't seem them ourselves. Update 2-13-12 (7months post replacement) So far so good - the replacement window is NOT leaking. (knock on wood!)

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS WINDOW COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP & DELIVERED THE PRODUCT ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL TO ME & MY HOME. OVERALL, I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
