They described the repair which included a lifetime transferable warranty. All work was done as stated. Unfortunately a water pipe joint was broken causing a dripping leak which wasn't there before the work started. The owner flatly refused to take responsibility. I had to have it repaired myself. Not very professional.

They arrived on time. Went over all of what they are going to do, Work was completed very efficiently. They cleaned up after the work was done, They also guaranteed the work that they did .Would hire them again.

Paul came for the estimate and offered a suggestion on how to deal with the sub basement that no other company mentioned. Others thought expensive drain tile would be the best, but Paul thought differently. I liked his advice and within a week the project was complete. Paul's son and another employee worked for a full day and left the place spotless. I feel the quality of the work and professionalism deserves special notice. Thanks!

Paul was fantastic. He was the best on price of all the quotes we got and did a great job of communicating leading up to the job. Paul and his crew completed the job in 1 day. They reseeded everywhere they dug, and even leveled out some of my pre-existing low spots. Would definitely use again.

Had Paul come out to give me an estimate to do some drain tile work in our front yard. Was very punctual and showed up when he said he would. Discussed a couple of different options and took the one that he recommended. Gave me a price and an approximate time when he could do the job. He actually came earlier than he said he would.showed up with 3 other workers and went right to work. He actually didn't use a piece of equipment that he said he needed, so he adjusted the price accordingly. Finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up, reseeded the dug up area and left. I must say that I have had absolutely no problems with standing water since he did the job. Even tied the downspouts from the gutters into the drain tile. I highly recommend PJK construction if you need any drain tile work done.

They had a very busy season so it took them a while to get to the work - however they kept me informed of the delays. When the work was scheduled, they were very prompt and professional. There was a necessary two day wait for the mortar to dry before they applied the Thoroclear and they again were prompt in returning to do the finishing work.

PROVIDER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY ON ALL CONTACTS. CONTRACT WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED AND AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN DURING COURSE OF WORK. PRICE WAS NOT THE LOWEST OUT THERE BUT CERTAINLY NOT THE HIGHEST. COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH PRICE FOR WORK PERFORMED AND WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE PROVIDER AGAIN IF NEEDED.

He was very good about responding and answering all questions. They did a great job at our house as well as my father's. I appreciate their honesty and fairness, and would recommend them to any Angie's List member.

Called Paul to get an estimate to install drain tile in our front yard. Returned my call promptly and we set up a day and time for us to meet to discuss our problem. Showed up on time and we discussed the two options that he recommended to solve our drainage problems. Suggested the one option that he would do if it was his house and we decided on that option. He gave us a price and approximate date when he could do the job. We agreed on both counts and waited to have the job done. Had some landscape work scheduled for the front yard and gave Paul a call to inform him of our intentions. He sent his crew over to do a partial part of the project so he did not have to deal with the new landscaping as per my request. He then called and asked if it was convenient to finish the job on the 5th of Aug. Showed up that day and told us what his plans were to finish. Installed drain tile according to his specs, tied it into the storm sewers, cleaned up the yard, installed grass seed and left. Very friendly crew, great owner, and very professional from beginning to end. Readjusted the price of the project because he did not have to use a specific piece of equipment . Highly recommend PJK for any of your drainage problems.

I live at the bottom of a very large hill. Behind me are some 30 acres of forest and grazing land that drains into my yard whenever the snow melts or we have hard rains. In fact, I end up having small creeks one both sides of my house whenever the runoff is too much at one time. I've had drain tile installed in my back yard to no avail. I've contacted the county who dug deeper ditches on my immediate neighbors' frontages. None of that worked. My basement would always be wet and musty before I called PJK Construction. If the power in my area ever went out for more than a half an hour, my basement would completely flood to depths of over 2 feet and would and would have to be pumped out by the fire department. Since hiring PJK Construction, my basement has been completely bone dry for 8 years now. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They arrived on time, worked on the basement for two days as they said they would, cleaned up after every day, and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone with a basement flooding issue.
