Luis was great. He and his wife were very kind and thorough. They took a ton of pictures and provided us with a 52 page report the next day to help us make a decision. The following week when my husband and I were still trying to decide on the house, Luis was quick to get back to me and answer additional questions that I had about the structure. We would definitely use them again!!

Lou and his wife were outstanding, and I would not hesitate to call him again for his services in the future. He throughly went through the house we were going to purchase and pointed out every flaw and took the time to explain details. We had a 50 page report with pictures the morning after the inspection. He honestly cares about his customers, and I am sure we will be calling him for the next house we find since we did not end up purchasing the house he inspected.
