Description of Work: Owner came out to see what had to be done. All he could talk about was the award his company had won for some multi thousand $ landscape in Hamburg or Orchard Park. Had me bring it up on the computer so he could show me. I was not interested in it, just my yard. Said he would contact me when he came back from vacation. never did contact me. Made me feel that my small yard was not worth bothering with. Glad he did not call as I would not have hired him anyway due to the way he made me feel.

Description of Work: They did the fall clean-up. They trimmed the bushes and prepared them for winter. They wrapped the bushes, sprayed them and weeded around them.

Description of Work: Very frustrating. I heard they were a good firm. I signed up for an estimate at the Buffalo Home Show and Plantasia. They never called. I finally called them. Matt came to my house to understand the job and told me he would have a quote and drawings in a week. Three weeks later and no response. Don't waste your time with them.

Description of Work: I have a yearly maintenance program with this company. They come out three times per year. On the last visit, they completed a spring clean-up. The employee's trimmed bushes, laid mulch, replaced a perennial and trimmed trees. My yard is a smaller sized yard.
