OLYMPIC REMODELING INC

The company agreed to work with my mortgage program's Rehab loan program. They stated that they had registered with the program, but upon inquiry with the program they had not. They then agreed to complete the work and assist me with the reimbursement process. All attempts that I have made to get the information and signatures from the company and/or their representatives that were required for the reimbursement have failed. I called several times, faxed them, stopped at the office, spoken with the actual workers and sent a certified letter. Needless to say I am frustrated with this company. During this process I also signed a contract to have my porch painted. That was completed by the same workers, who stated that they no longer worked for Olympic Remodeling, even though that is the name on the contract I signed. The contract stated that they would paint my porch and it was agreed upon that they would discuss with me the paint colors. They painted the whole thing gray and then promised to fix it in September. I have once again called and have gotten nothing but empty promises.
