They did a wonderful job in every aspect. They were very gracious and responded in all kinds of ways. They were friendly, on time, and very professional. They were just outstanding. Their price was very reasonable, and much better than the competition.

DO listen to the experts on their advice with such things as color and textures. They are very helpful. DON'T hesitate to call them : )

I didn't use them. Their price was out of whack. I ended up paying $1,200. They were sort of arrogant like they only did high end work.

Overall, once they started work, they did an excellent job. The problem I had was trying to get them to show up to do the work. I had called them in August asking for a quote. They came over for the quote on time and committed to completing the work in October. I was fine with this. October came and they never came or called. I contacted them and they said they would get to me by the end of October. Well come the first week of November, work still wasn't completed. I had to call them again, and plead to get it done. They finally did show up in November. The job was done well, just had a very hard time getting them to show up. Also would have been nice if they had called me each time a deadline came and went.

On time and did a good overall job. Just be sure that only the brothers do the work.

They did an excellent job, they were here everyday and they came when they said they will come. They have been very good and I did not had any issues with them.

Kevin showed up for the estimate on time, and gave a complete and accurate estimate of the work to be done. He was very thorough. Due to weather issues in October, their other job was delayed so the start date was pushed back a few days. Kevin was good about calling me to keep me informed of the new expected dates. When he and his brother showed up, they worked professionally and expertly as a team to do an extremely thorough scraping/sanding job on the entire home and garage. They put a primer coat on all surfaces, and then applied 2 coats of low-temp paint that we had chosen for the house, in 3 colors. They came prepared to work every day on time, worked through the day and then cleaned up their worksite every evening, and they were meticulous about drips and other messes. We made some small changes/additions to the work, and they took care of everything. We were extremely satisfied with the work, and have gotten a ton of compliments from our friends and neighbors about how nice the house looks. I would highly recommend the O'Grady brothers for any interior or exterior work you might need done.

They patched it up. It was not a complete paint job. They did a good job and cleaned up well.

Our experience with Kevin was EXCELLENT from start to finish. He was completely straight with us about what the job would entail and who was able to answer all our questions. He also gave us one of the lowest estimates. We felt comfortable with him from our first interview. As the job progressed we could not have been happier with the process and the outcome is GORGEOUS! Kevin was even ok with the fact that we were still waffling about trim color and placement when the job started and he helped us sort out what we needed to do to get the most attractive end result. I would use O'Grady Brothers again for ANY painting I might need!

Very good. Kevin and his brother were timely, trustworthy and busted there butt. And again they are talented painters. My only caveat is you need to hire a carpenter (or do it yourself) and make sure there are no bad spots on your house BEFORE they show up. I ended up repairing some of my window sills after they painted...then they had to come back and repaint (they did it no problem).

They quoted but since it was late in the season they said it was possible that they couldn't get to the job due to weather. They came to quote the work but had misplace our cell number and were about 1 week in getting back. Quote was called in a few days later and it was all verbal. Price was good but we are doing the work ourselves.

They did very quality work. They only issue was timelines. They could have finished a little bit faster.

We were very pleased with the work performed. The painters worked on our house while we were away on vacation, and did an overall excellent job. Some of our shingles were older and worn, and thus did not take the paint very well, but the O'Grady brothers did the best job possible. It was a major improvement! In addition, they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. My only concern was that many of our windows were painted shut, but this may have been due to their limited access to our house/windows while we were away.

excellent work - extremely hard working and nice guys

Earlier in the summer, I had hired another contractor to paint my house (he was doing another house on my street and seemed to be doing decent work), but he cashed my $2000.00 deposit and then never returned any of my calls. I eventually had to take him to small claims court and along the way found out he had done this before and has been in and out of jail/drug rehab ever since. By the end of the summer I really couldn't wait and I needed to get the house taken care of before the winter started. I didn't want to lose any more money so I looked for contractors on Better Business Bureau and Angie's list and had 4 (of the highest recommended) come out and give estimates. Kevin O'Grady came out and reviewed the property and every detail of what I wanted done. When he came out he came across as a very honest, decent person. I didn't get the feeling that he was trying to sell me more work than what I needed and he really listed to what I wanted. He dropped of an estimate the next day and of the 4 estimates I got they were by far the best priced (2 of the other 4 were more than double his quote). He also gave me references and I drove by the houses and spoke with the owners and they were all very happy with the work so I hired them. They came when they said they would, they did excellent work (very thorough prep work: scrapping, sanding, and priming), cleaned up at the end of every day and finished when they said they would. Kevin was on site the entire time and stayed until every last detail was taken care of. I was extremely happy with them and would absolutely use them again. Since then, I have recommended them to a few of my neighbors who then hired them and couldn't have been happier with their work as well. Their work is excellent, their prices our very reasonable, and most important they are reliable, good, and honest contractors (something that is very hard to find).

They were delayed a few days to start, and had to interrupt the work in progress. Otherwise they did an excellent job, even going oversome spots several times.

They started out well, but the job got sloppier and sloppier as it went along. They never took off their shoes and consequetly tracked and stained the floors. The ceilings were not painted (at my request) but they managed to mark every room ceiling with the wall color and they did not touch up with ceiling paint. I saw the most obvious mistakes which they did touch up, but I didn't see all their mistakes until after the job was done. I had a problem with them and some items in the house. They did not resolve the issue but instead told me I was wrong when I advised them of the issue. At this point I did not even ask them to come back and touch up additional marks on ceilings etc. I just wanted them out of the house and will never deal with them again. They were punctual and started out well, but it went downhill. Maybe they should only do small jobs. If they had done a good job I would have thought it was worth the money, but they did not.

It went better than I expected. Their prep work was excellent, and they were usually here when they said-some latitude has to be allowed because of weather. Overall, I was very happy. The original color we chose didn't work-we both should have known to apply a sample first. They changed color at our request for a very minimal charge.

They were able to start the job as promised. They worked very quickly and neatly. They were able to repair some rotten wood along the way. The finished product looked great. They were a pleasure to deal with.

They weren't completely punctual but part of that had to do with the weather. When they did start, they worked diligently, carefully, and made sure we were happy before they left.
