Description of Work: We needed a replacement faucet. Buying it on our own at a big box store saved us some money. Packaging seemed complete, as it came with a checklist of sealed screws and bolts. Plumber suddenly left for a while "to get a needed bolt." The installation was the job for which we hired out. We and our extended family had used Norton's on previous occasions. After that visit, I could not locate 2 valuable pieces of jewelry, taken off when dish washing. too much doubt. and....the faucet came loose a year and a half later. hired a different plumber.

Sorry to say [member name removed] is looking for a scape goat the faucet was incomplete ,was missing a nut to secure the faucet to the sink, [member name removed] also accused other contractors of stealing her jewelry that were working in her house at the same time as Norton's plumbing ,since that time we have done work in her house including repairing the faucet that was a little loose .My sons and i have operated Nortons plumbing since1980 we are a family operated buisiness .the BBB gives us an a rating . I feel sorry for Ms Fink she has tried to dupe the isurance company into believing some one stole something that never existed. I feel insulted that she has the audasity to accuse us of stealing ,and then still call us back to do work for her. I apologize to angies list clients that i did not answer this sooner ,i did not check my reviews for awhile [member name removed] never said anything to me reguarding this matter ,didn't know she accused us .We have been in buisiness 33 yrs ,you don't stay in buisiness that long by stealing .I hope after this slanderish accusation we may still be able to perform plumbing services angies list customers .
