Mike’s crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the long day. The work was completed in a single day. The crew was young and energetic and worked hard. In addition, they were polite and responsive to any questions we had. At one point they believed they would need to bypass a large root from a tree in front of the house which would have caused the new block to circle around the root and look different from the surrounding blocks. However, after discussion with Mike he directed the workers to try another means of digging out the root so the block could be poured in a straight line with the rest of the sidewalk blocks. It worked perfectly. Mike closely supervised the work and made sure the final product was professionally done, smooth and regular in appearance and the workers were at all times meticulous in the way they performed the job. We live in a close neighborhood so at the end of the day, several neighbors came out to look at the work and to offer their opinions. They all agreed that the new blocks looked great. We obtained several estimates on this job and Mike’s price was the most reasonable. We would recommend him for the quality of his work, his price and the ethic of his workers.

This was a semi-emergency situation where I was in real danger of losing my garage after a rough winter. Mike went out of his way to arrange his schedule to fit me in and had a five or six man crew out there very quickly. He finished up the job with them working late into the evening. When there was some touch up work that needed to be done he came back and took care of it himself to be sure it was done right. Should also say I'm updating this review after many months and the work has held up very, very well. Very pleasant, professional guy who does good work at a reasonable price.

Mike made suggestions as to a better way to do the stairs than I had. It looks great but the walkway was much higher than the grass line leaving , what I felt was, a trip hazard. I needed to hire a landscaper to level grass with walkway. I love the look now; added much more curb appeal. The walkway is spotty, probably from the sealant, which, hopefully, will go away with time. I gave Mike an overall "A" because I do like it. A "B" for price because he made more work and cost of a landscaper for me which I was not expecting. A "B" for quality because of the different colors on the walkway. With this said, I would hire him for additional work.

Mike was JUST GREAT! Our job was relatively small, and all of the other contractors I called refused the job. Mike knew that I really needed and wanted the job done. He showed up early in the morning with his crew and prepared the area for pouring the concrete. I initially spoke with Mike on May 14th, and he managed to fit our job in 2 days later. Mike and his crew were very professional, and polite; and meticulously did the job, and cleaned up the area. A+++ Construction!
