McCutcheon's Inspection Services

Description of Work: We were purchasing a home in Mayville NY and hired McCutcheon Inspection Services to inspect it before we closed the deal. We live out of town and wanted to come in for the inspection. They were very accommodating and were able to schedule an appointment for the next Saturday. Larry was at the home when we arrived and had already begun the inspection. When he was finished he took us around the home pointing out the issues he had found. He was very through and answered our questions as we went, even pointing out where various items such as the water shutoff, etc. were located. When we were finished and our questions had been answered, Larry presented us with a booklet containing the inspection results.The booklet is nice because, not only does it tell what is wrong with the home, it also shows everything that was inspected and found to be satisfactory.
