+ -1 moreFrom the time we entered the Transit Rd location until the final installation, everything was perfect. The salesman, Ryan, was very helpful in the choosing of the right carpet for us. Installation crew was punctual, friendly and neat. They arrived when they said they would, and the work was done in a couple of hours...
Description of Work: Tear out of old carpet and pad, install of new pad and carpet. Furniture was moved and returned.

+ -1 moreActually the Max Pies store on Transit Road in Lancaster, NY installed the carpeting in my basement (finished) playroom. I was informed that the same individual owns both locations. A team of three installers arrived on a Saturday morning to install the berber carpet. They were finished with the work by noon. The installers did a very professional and the carpeting looks wonderful.
Description of Work: Install pad and Berber carpet in basement finished room and also on the stairs.

+ -1 moreI bought the carpeting, because Max Pies had 0% financing, but I later found lower prices elsewhere. They also made many promises that they did not keep. But the installation was done well and it is good quality carpeting. I still would not shop there again.

+ -1 moreFrom the salesperson down to the installer Max Pies were very pleasant and professional. They delivered just what they said they would. They moved my furniture and hauled away the old carpeting for me. I would highly recommend them.
