They are awful. They charge a lot. We really have a big house and my mom has a small house; I was paying for my mom because she was 88 but they were charging us the same price. They broke things in my mother's house and they were supposed to let you know if something breaks but they didn't. They went to my mother's house and she wasn't home; she didn't leave her the key so she doesn't know how they got in. I called them to question about it but they promptly dropped my mother and me from their service. I would have to wipe a spot on the kitchen floor; soon after they left, after a day or two it will still be dirty. They are highly overpriced. I will not recommend them at all.

Great job on bathrooms and kichen but lousy for rest of house. Poor time management, maybe unusually slow cleaners. Very expensive for what they did.

My cleaner, yahaira does an immaculate job! I am very pleased, i had tried a number of services before but none were close to maidpro.

I’m happy with them. I did ask them to start sending the same person to me every week. They are very responsive and one time when I did have a small complaint they gave me a discount, which I didn’t expect. They are flexible and they don’t mind using my non-toxic cleaners

They girls are punctual and friendly. I get different girls each cleaning but you are able to request certain ones. Overall they do an excellent job but some of the girls do a better job than others. The office is easy to work with as far as requesting specific cleaning request. They bring their own cleaners but you can request them to use your own products if you want. I use a special product on my hardwood floors.

They never come at an exact time. Generally around 10:30 in the morning. I have used them for about three years. The quality matters on what girls they send. I have had some great girls and some really ding bats. Some girls are very good and some girls are not so good. Laura is very good and will do anything I ask. They will do what ever I want. They will use my materials if I want them to.

They are pretty good. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this service again. They are responsive, punctual, and professional.

They came every other week to clean at my house. At first their service was fantastic. I didn't like that I would have a different cleaning crew every time. Some times I'd have a good crew and the next time not so much. I believe there was a lot of turn over in the company and found that most of the cleaning people weren't happy with management. There were some times that I didn't need rooms cleaned and I would get push back from the main office about that. They really wanted to stick to their allotted time they had at my house, even though sometimes I needed them there for less. I also didn't like that they gave you a large window of time as to when the cleaners were to arrive. It make planning my day difficult. I also didn't like that someone didn't come out for an estimate - it was done completely over the phone. Needless to say, I don't use them anymore because it was too inconsistent and they cared more about getting paid verses being flexible to my needs.

I pay them $103.00 every time they come in. I chose them because they were available. There are a lot of different housecleaning services and MaidPro happened to be the one I picked. I have been very satisfied with the woman that comes and helps me with my house. The overall service may not be excellent but it is good. The price is competitive. The woman that comes in and cleans is very good. She is very responsible. She works from the time she gets here till the time she leaves. She is very thorough and efficient. Their responsiveness and punctuality are both excellent. Their professionalism is excellent.

They always leave a rating sheet, and I don’t remember that we have ever had an issue on the rating sheet. Of all the items that they say they do, they do. It is a pretty good follow-up type of thing for it, so we can know exactly at a time what they are going to do, what they are going to dust, what stinks, etc. They check them all. It is all exactly as we anticipate. The price depends on the service they do. Sometimes, there is a room that we don’t have them do and it is a little bit less. Originally someone came by and gave us an estimate asking us which rooms and how many bathrooms we would let them clean, etc. Two years back, we had another service provider that we didn’t really like that well.

They’ve been great. They did a good job and everything was clean. Their customer service was good. There was nothing really that stood out about them. Sometimes they have scheduling issues but I think it’s kind of standard there for that service. They come out every two weeks. I would use their services again in the future.

Overall poor quality and high price. The workers arrived on time and at first seemed to be competant but they were obviously following a script and ONLY did what was on the list. I would not recommend this company.

They did a good job. The owner was very easy to talk to and work with.

I hired Maid Pro to do Housecleaning in my 2900 square foot home. I set up a first time cleaning, not a weekly service, just to see how they would do first. They said it would cost about $150 approx for 3 1/2 hours. They sent one girl and she was pretty good. She worked quickly and within 3 1/2 hours she cleaned the majority of the rooms. I was not impressed at the end when it cost $178. For that price they should have sent two girls for the 3 1/2 hours. The cleaning was fair, I wouldn't say it was spotless.

They did a good job. They didn't break anything. I was satisfied with their work.

Cleaners work from a checklist for each room of the house. If any particular jobs weren't possible, the cleaner makes a note. While the "check listed" jobs were done reasonably well, it was a bit disappointing that the workers did take a little extra effort, i.e. folding a few pieces of laundry, leaving the mail on the kitchen table with the checklist rather than sitting on a side table in the living room, lining up shoes in the entry way. Had anything "extra" been done, it would have made me feel that the service was "personal" rather than "industrial."

Overall they provide a very good service. They do change cleaning people frequently, so that you do not get the same people each time. This can create problems, but they are very responsive to your phone calls and try very hard to meet your needs. If mistakes are made or they do not do what you ask, you only need to get in touch with management. Make sure you tell them to NOT move things in your bathroom, etc., if you like to have your toiletries and other things in the same place.

Maidpro is a great company. They charge you by the hour, not by how much they think you can afford. They have a check list that you can go over to decide what you want them to do or not. They will come back if you feel something wasn't done.
