Maid Pro

I called and spoke to Kelly back in June. I gave all the information to have house cleaning done. They said they needed to figure out a cost and would call me back. Never called back - no response. Call again no answer.

If I did not already have a cleaning lady that I love, I would definitely hire the local Maid Pro. I am totally impressed with everything.

1st cleaner didn't appear to do any anything. Additional appts were made to reclean but were cancelled - even said she was at Dr.'s, then when I called the service again, was told that I couldn't do it at the appointed time! (which she was late for) Later in the day, same person came back with a supervisor. The supervisor did an excellent job - kitchen cupboards still needed to be cleaned. The tub and toilet didn't look like they had been cleaned at all! When the super was done, it was CLEAN! Was told they don't clean the inside of cupboards - what else is there to clean in an empty apt? No beds to be made, dishes to clean up, garbage to take out. BE SERIOUS! In the end it was cleaned to my satisfaction but not worth the aggravation of using this service. Next time I'll find someone else.

They don’t clean like I do. They’re alright but they don’t do heavy lifting. They just don’t move furniture to vacuum underneath anything. It’s more like they’ll use 1 or 2 people and they are in and out as quickly as possible. Its quantity over quality I should say. Their price was I guess okay. But then again by the time I feel like I am about to give a tip, it cost so much. I’m the type I have to tip so by the time I am through tipping its ridiculously overpriced.
