Description of Work: They did yard work....trimmed the trees, gathered up ALL my leaves, cleaned the gutters, removed an old tree stump, turned over a couple of my gardens so I can start fresh come spring, and cleaned everything up. I am so impressed with their work ethic. I will have no problem having them back in the spring to help me get some landscaping done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Five star rating in my book!!!!

Description of Work: They cleared out an overgrown flower bed in front of my house. Dug out all the existing plants/bushes, rototilled the area, added topsoil I had on hand and laid some pavers I had available along the edge. They also did some extra weed trimming around some trees that was not part of the original scope, but took the initiative to do. All in all, a good job.

Description of Work: It was a bit of a challenge getting scheduled - mostly because I waited for them to call me after purchasing a deal. They did not schedule or call me, however, once I left a voice message relaying that I was hoping to be scheduled soon they made every effort to accommodate my request. I received three calls from the owner and another person on a holiday weekend in their effort to get me on the schedule. The owner and another worker came out as scheduled to review what needed to be done and do some preliminary spraying. Both were personable and professional. The owner discussed options and made suggestions. After this it was actually the owner that called me to see if the spraying had taken effect (I had forgotten I was supposed to call them and was waiting for their return, so I was very glad he called). He sent out a 2-man crew consisting of the owner's son and another young man. They both were professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and very hard workers. My neighbors have noticed and complemented the work. I am very happy with what was accomplished and would hire them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone. They are busy and they work hard, so the work isn't going to happen immediately but it is worth the wait. And, once I contacted them, they did make every effort to respond and communicate. My front yard looks a million times better!

Incident Ref. # 140820-001976 After waiting a week - I was called and told that they were so swamped that they could not get to me for a couple of weeks. I agreed but still have not heard back.! Do I have a contract still with them? I have bad feelings about this company. I saw that they for a while the BIG DEAL still going, I don't think they can handle the response. At one point I called Angie's List to asked my status. I may have cancelled at that time but really don't know. We have been trying to do parts of the yard ourselves. I have been ill with severe back pain and my husband is elderly. Needless to say . . . we are disappointed. This was my first purchase with Angie's List.IF I CANCELLED . . . PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT WE CAN HIRED SOMEONE TO GET RIGHT TO OUR YARD AND GARDENS. WE LIVE IN A SPECIAL NEIGHBORHOOD SO ARE LOOKING unusually shabby. I hope that our VISA has been credited. Thank you for your assistance. We had no date scheduled for service.

Description of Work: Phone answered in very unprofessional way "Yeah? What do you want?" He then said Angie's List has made business crazy and he probably couldn't take me on as a customer. He said if he had a chance he would look over my yard and give me a quote but I shouldn't count on hearing anything from him.

We did that, but have not received a response. We have already done most of the work that we planned to have this company do. At this point, I REALLY WOULD LIKE THE $94 REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD.
