Description of Work: I wanted to have our landscaping spruced up because it was just looking ragged and tired. Mark at Mac Services made excellent suggestions about what should be done and as soon as I agreed, he and his FANTASTIC crew went to work. They knocked off the job in two days and the results are SUPERB! BETTER than I expected!

Description of Work: After a misunderstanding (I was calling the wrong phone number) MAC services has plowed my driveway. He always plows in a timely manner. Never have I had to worry about getting out of the driveway. This is the first snowplow company that does what they say they will do. For the past couple of years it has been hard to get out of the car in my driveway, they only do one swipe with the plow. This year I have plenty of room and he plows right up to the garage so that there is nothing for me to shovel. I strongly recommended this service.

Description of Work: I switched to this provider from another one last year because they had an excellent overall review. So we had only one year experience with this provider. MAC seemed to be a good friendly person, and I thought it should go well. However, he started a bit late in the season, and most of the time came only twice a month, maximum 3 times a month in the growing season. At one time, our lawn was the tallest in the neighborhood. This meant most of the time I was paying nearly $50 for each mowing. In case of the previous provider, I opted for monthly payment and $24 for each mowing, on condition that I can cancel weekly mowing if not needed. However, this arrangement made the provider come every week even when there was no lawn growth, and I often missed the chance to call in cancellation because it had to be done early in the week. If you have an annual contract, they won't come frequently enough, and if you have a monthly option, they come too often even when there is no need. You can't win in either case. This year, we will work with someone else who charges less than one third for a year. He has been working for some of our neighbors who liked him. He is not one of those so called professional lawn care guy, but seemed worth a try. We will see how it goes. |

+ -1 moreTook advantage of the coupon I happened to see on-line and am glad I did! They did a very good job. Sure looks a whole lot better. Appreciate that they took all the garden waste with them.........did not leave me with bags & bags, etc to have to get out to the curb the following Sunday. While doing the job, they were pleasant, friendly folks. Plan to call them in the spring.

+ 0 moreI was really impressed with the time and real effort put in to the yard work. They went over and beyond what I expected and was really blown away at the work. The back of my yard was a disaster and after coming in, it was really spic and span. I haven't seen it like that in over 3 years.

+ 2 more-MAC service is a family owned business. He came with his wife and future son-in-law. They came at 2:30pm and finished the job around 6:30pm. They did a really good job. My wife is very happy with their service. She really liked his wife and him as well.They are very friendly and easy to work with. They really take pride in their work. This is what impressed me most about their service. We have used other services before but these services are not customer friendly and are always rushing to go from one job to another. We really liked them so we intend to gave them yearly contract to do my yard work and mow my lawn at seasonal price. I would recommend them without any reservation.
