As soon as they arrived, work was started. Flower beds were cleaned and dead or dormant plants trimmed or removed. They even cleaned the leaves from our deck! I was very impressed with their work.

Professional and courteous They were hardworking and I will be hiring them again in the spring.

It went well. They did a good job. There were several men outside and went over the whole property and pulled out the leaves and the bushes and hauled up everything.

Only took one hour so they asked if they could return in the spring and do another flower bed. I agreed to this since my mums were still blooming. June 2014: did not hear from MAC Services about returning so I e-mailed them last week but have not heard back yet.

It was great. The provider was very responsive. Called the next day and set up an appointment. Job was so well done and he was so professional that I hired Mac Service to do snow removal for me for the winter.

Excellent. the owner came with 2 young helpers. All very polite. They got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done.

MAC Services came to do an end of season yard clean up. After the initial confusion about their initial contact (they had my old phone number) they were so professional. They were courteous, came when they said, did everything that I asked and then some. I was totally blown away when I got home to see the job they had done. My yard has never looked so good!!!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone, and I hope to use their services again in the future. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Provider called soon after purchase to schedule appointment which was in a reasonably short time. At that time, we discussed the items which needed to be completed so that he knew which equipment to bring. He arrived promptly on the day of the appointment and proceeded right to work after advising us that he was there. He and his assistant cleaned up the yard and beds first and then proceeded to the mowing and edging. All was done in a professional and expeditious manner. We were extremely happy with the service.

We purchased "the Big Deal" 4 hour yard work package. They showed up with a truck and trailer. All the guys hopped out and immediately got to work. They trimmed bushes, pulled weeds, tilled around the annuals, and took all the detritus with them. When all was said and done, our backyard looked fantastic. I will definitely hire them for year round gardening work. The owner knew his stuff and did a great job of explaining what they could do for us.

Mark was great. He returned my call promptly and asked questions to better understand what I was hoping to do. I generally have taken care of our yard over the years myself, but as we were relocating, I had to put the house on the market and knew I was going to need some professional help. The results were fantastic! The edging on the beds was crisp and sharp. Everything looked neat and lovely. I had roughly tilled some areas to extend side and back beds, but Mark and his family really did wonders to make them look right with the edging and mulch. I really appreciated Mark's skills not only in getting the work done, but also in communicating and listening to my concerns. For example, I knew the large tree close to our house needed to be trimmed back, but I was worried that cutting it back too much would make it lopsided. Mark asked beforehand and heard my concern, he got the right balance of trimming and left a part of the main branch so that the tree still looked good. He was also sensitive to my need to stay within budget which I really appreciated. Mark's family was great as well. His sons are clearly hard working and his wife was so nice and helpful in arranging the order and placement of the mums. Mark even fit me into his mowing schedule when I asked. Trying to get the house on the market, I knew I was going to have trouble keeping up with the lawn! I really can't say enough about the great job they did. Nothing speaks louder than results, the house sold in under a month and I really feel that the great landscaping job was definitely a contributing factor.

These guys rocked. They put my previous lawn care service to shame. They are also extremely friendly and respectful. I couldn't be happier with the service and will be using them again next year. It was the best $84 I ever spent.

the 2 men who came were very professional and courteous. they did a beautiful job. as far as I am concerned they went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. they trimmed everything I wanted trimmed, because they asked me first. they also took away all debris

I was so impressed with the speed and professionalism which Mark displayed in handling my request. He was able to come to my home the same day I called to see what needed to be done and fit me into his very busy schedule on the same day. He completed the fall cleanup I had requested and then did some extra cleanup that I hadn't expected. I was so pleased and the price was very reasonable.

I was contacted by the provider as promised. He shared that they were a small company, that his wife had put the deal in without his knowledge and that he was told there would only be 20 sold. He had already received 30. He mentioned that he had very little time. I was asked what services I wanted. I needed my lawn mowed, bushes trimmed, lawn edged and what ever might be done to winterize the property. He told me he would come over to assess the job while I was out. When I arrived home I saw the lawn was mowed. The bushes were not trimmed and the lawn was not edged. He phoned me later and said it wasn't done because he did not have to correct edger. We talked about a particular job I had wanted to have done at some date. He estimated that it would cost $200 and that it could be done before the winter. He also said that he would bring an invoice over for this job. I asked if he was going to finish the hedges. He said yes. I have not heard from him since. The original deal was $84 for 2 or 4 hours of work. I can finish my lawn in 45 minutes. While I didn't see or time I am guessing it didn't take two hours. I paid $84 for a lawn trim. I am deeply disappointed and can't imagine ever trying another Angie's List deal.

Mark was professional, pleasant and responsive to communication about what we needed and when we would like the services performed. Mark and his son worked very hard -- quickly and diligently. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again.

The punctuality was a 4, although I do believe that was more due to the weather than anything. Right after I booked the service, it rained pretty much daily. I was very pleased with the results and I will probably book again in the spring.

The owner & his son came to do the work; they were right on time and worked to squeeze me in so that my lawn would look nice for a yard sale! They did an AMAZING job. They worked quickly & efficiently. They even has suggestions for the Spring!

When they called in response to my purchase of services I gave them permission to complete the work even if I was not at home. I arrived home just when they were completing the job. They did an excellent job removing vines, brush, some small trees and a lot of overgrown foliage. They loaded all yard waste in their truck so I did not have to dispose of it myself which was very helpful to me. They did a wonderful job and were ver personable and very friendly!

Came over right away to size up job and everything was completed quickly, accurately and all debris picked up. I have a neat and tidy yard again! Very pleased.

There was a little trouble connecting because the provider said that Angie's list did not send him the information. I had to contact MAC. Services. But after that it all went very well

I decided to use a MAC Service because they were professional and friendly from the beginning, and they had great reviews. They come, and do a good job, and they clean up after themselves. My lawn looks great. They are exactly what I was looking for and could not be happier. They are a wonderful company to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Took advantage of the coupon I happened to see on-line and am glad I did! They did a very good job. Sure looks a whole lot better. Appreciate that they took all the garden waste with them.........did not leave me with bags & bags, etc to have to get out to the curb the following Sunday. While doing the job, they were pleasant, friendly folks. Plan to call them in the spring.
