The installation was fine, he did a fabulous job and cleaned up well and he got rid of the old water heater for us. The one complaint I have is that Lowe's has a policy if you order by noon you will have it installed the next day. We ordered on a Tuesday night and were expecting to have it by Thursday and they never came until Friday. They have this policy on the wall and it is rather misleading since the installer informed me that Lowe's doesn't schedule the installations that the installers do. Now when I was at the store the salesman was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for and everything works great. It is just the misleading sign that I am not happy with.

This company offers a wide array of quality products. With my purchase, there were no damaged goods. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The employees who assisted me with the buying process were well trained. They loaded the flooring in my vehicle. I laid the flooring myself.

They said that they would come out one day and didn t come until the next day but when they got here, they had a job to do and they did it quickly and efficiently. Our countertops look great and we had no problems with it at all.

Everything went smoothly. We had a great experience with Lowes, and I would recommend them to others based upon it.
