Lincoln was first recommended to me by my regular plumber who was unable to take care of me due to the size of the job. They were extremely accommodating in an emergency situation. These guys really took care of me. I was surprised and grateful, since my experiences with Buffalo contractors have mostly been nightmnares. Since then, I have used them exclusively. They aren't the cheapest, but they have always been dependable, and the work has always been satisfactory. Yes, one of their workers always tries to get himself some work off the clock. I don't recommend taking him up on it.

Suspect that workers are not licensed and that they approached me to do some work on their own time to pocket the money(ex. install a hot water heater), and still have not completed the work. It was months ago that I told the owner about this and no satisfaction as yet!!!!
