Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a landscaping job. A representative showed up and took photos. Said I'd get a call from someone soon but I never did. Despite this I called back and inquired about the estimate. The person I spoke with said a message would be left with Travis to call back. Again, he never did.

Description of Work: Lincoln Park Nursery was supposed to trim back the lilacs when they did a spring clean-up for me. The man from Lincoln Park Nursery who came out to look at my property never said anything about the lilacs being too big or that I should contact a professional tree trimmer about them. They destroyed the one small lilac that didn't need trimming and didn't touch the others until I insisted that they at least trim the branches hanging over the yard which would have been in the way of my lawn service. I felt that they had been dishonest about the service I could expect from them and that I should be refunded part of the money I paid them. When I went there in person, they gave me the run-around and said someone would call me, which no on ever did. I went there a 2nd time and was told I could get some of my money back and that someone would call me -- no one ever did. I called them and got nowhere. Then I got a bill from them saying that the $850 I'd paid up front didn't include sales tax and that I owed them another $71 dollars. At that point I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Because of that, Lincoln Park agreed to not bill me for the sales tax. I still feel that I was overcharged for the work they did and that they were dishonest in their dealings with me. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: Lincoln Park Nursery put in a beautiful decorative wall for me. They also removed the old grass, put down new sod, planted trees and shrubs. They worked two 12 hour days for me.
