Light and GardenScapes Inc

Received quote 8/8/2009, sent a deposit check the next day for half of the job. The work was not completed until mid November. Provider suggested peak lighting to be installed on the house, lighting fixture to be custom painted to color of trim paint. I provided Sherwin Williams color number. Advised would take 3 weeks to receive order. 5 weeks later, order came in, color was wrong. Requested ground lighting be installed. 2 weeks later, installed copper spotlights to uplight trees. When I saw copper fixtures I informed provider that they would probably be stolen. I live in the city, the lights are less than 10 feet from sidewalk separated by a hedge. Provider had to reorder - it would be another couple weeks. I called after 3 weeks, informed me they would be installed the next week. Finally after over 3 months the job was completed. It was very frustrating hearing excuses about paint color being wrong, various delays, making phone calls, being assured the installation would be completed and provider would not show.
