Description of Work: Replace furnace. Also had them come back and replace air conditioner. Excellent work, great attention to detail. Very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They did 'upgrade' me to a better unit, but I'm very happy they did. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Check and clean forced hot air furnace. Everything went very well. They were very professional and left the furnace area as clean as it was before they arrived. Jim was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He even checked the thermostat to make sure that the batteries were recently installed. Jim quoted me the same price that was charged.

Description of Work: Very happy with the service. Polite, personable and very professional. Outstanding to work with. They replaced our old furnace and we are very pleased with the performance of the new one. They actually got our humidifier working and our house is liveable again. We have 5 years free service on our new unit. We highly recommend them.
