John's Total Home Inspections does pre-purchase home inspections for prospective buyers as well as pre-sale consultations for home sellers. I am a sole proprietor and have owned the business for 3 years and worked in the industry for 5 years. I have completed my education and all required continuing education requirements. I am licensed by the NYS Department of State (license # 16000058423) and have all required liability insurance. To date I have performed over 1,000 inspections.

As a Home Inspector, I work with clients who are in the process of buying a home and want to understand what condition the home they are looking at is in. This includes; inspecting for health and safety issues, general maintenance issues that need attending to, condition of the electrical service, heating and cooling apparatus, any appliances that will be part of the sale, plumbing (including the hot water tank), condition of the roof, attic insulation and ventilation, etc
