Description of Work: Bought a purse for $45, 3 weeks later the strap ripped out of the purse. They did not have any in stock, so they ordered with free ship to store. Took about 3 days. Was pleased with entire return process.

 + -1 moreI saved Kitsby's information because I knew if I used someone again, it would be her. She has a great eye as a decorating consultant and knows her fabrics. She is easy to work with and makes great suggestions.
Description of Work: Kitsby from J.C. Penny did custom decorating on a bow window with five panels that sits in my living room. She did the drapes and also did the window treatments, including putting on new hardware, for a smaller window in that same room.
