Spent time examining home, told me where protection was needed, established that it wasn't a squirrel and regular trapping should do the trick. Professional, thorough and knowledgeable.

Jack came right away after I called, has been very professional throughout, explained everything, was efficient, courteous, appeared honest in conducting his business. We would highly recommend and we would definitely call again should we have any other wildlife nuisance problem.

As far as I know, he is just working by himself, but he is really paying attention to his costumers. He knows what he’s doing. What I really like about him, he used to be in construct which means that, he knows where to look for crannies of houses and how pest gets in and out. He is crawling into the attic, walking around the house and looking at the crawl space where pest might be coming in. He is very dedicated and knowledgeable.

After Orkin services stated I would have to wait four days to address my issue (even after marked "Urgent") I decided to call Jack's Wildlife Removal due to his high ratings. Jack promptly returned my request for squirrel removal from my attic and made himself available the same day. I especially appreciated his sharing of knowledge during the process. [You can gauge the maturity of the squirrel by the fullness of the tail] The babies apparently fell in between the wall which forced him to cut a hole in the wall. Jack was extremely considerate of minimizing any damage to the walls. He carefully pulled off the baseboards and after capturing the rodents, the baseboards were replaceable without even recognizing that any holes were created. I could tell that Jack loves what he does! After capturing a mother squirrel and her 4 babies, he was talking to them as to calm them down. Hopefully, I never have to make another call for pest removal but if I do, Jack's Nuisance Wildlife Removal Services will be the company I contact.

Found a mouse nest in the wall of my home. He removed them and sealed the entrances where they were getting in the house. It was not and easy job. He came with all the tools he needed and dug them out of the wall without damaging anything.

I watched from a safe distance after warning all my neighbors to close their windows. He carefully approached the animal , all of the time speaking to it in a quiet tone {like the horse whisperer}. He set up his own cage attached to my cage and carefully prodded the skunk with a stick into his own cage. He covered his cage with a shield, put it in his truck and drove away. I am amazed at Jack's professionalism and calmness in approaching the animal and capturing it under circumstances that scared the heck out of my wife, me and my neighbors all day long. Needless to say, we all retired with a sense of relief to a strong shot of bourbon and relaxed our nerves.

Fantastic! Jack delivered on his promise to exclude bats humanely and effectively from my home. Everything went exactly as he said it would. He was punctual and very courteous, and he has excellent knowledge of the habits and lifecycle of bats which is essential for their humane and effective exclusion from your home. The work needed is extensive (sealing every possible entryway and installing one way exits at the correct time of year) but other methods DO NOT WORK and are not humane. Since the work was completed I have had a whole floor of my home (the attic) available to me that was previously horrible and possibly dangerous to enter due to bats and their droppings. The droppings can be a serious health hazard and Jacks is familiar with the dangers and knows how to deal with it. Also, bats themselves can be rabid so I was relieved to exclude them finally from my home which allows me safe and sanitary access to my attic. Jack is honest, he respects animals and he shows a strong committment to doing the job right. I enjoyed my many conversations with him during the job.

I was relieved to have the job done especially since I didn't want to go up 3 stories to try and trap and seal up the access point! Was concerned that it would be a long, drawn out process but it was very matter-of-fact when all is said and done. I really appreciate Jack's work.
