We were deciding how we were going to get our materials into our vehicle when the service provider that was helping us informed us that they were able to cut the pieces we needed to size. What a bonus! We were able to fit all our pieces into our vehicle without struggle. We always shop at this particular Home Depot often, and the staff is knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and courteous. They are willing to go the extra length for their customers which is important to us. Kudos to Home Depot in Lockport, NY!

TRAIN WRECK,TO SAY THE LEAST!! promised install of countertops before or on aug.15,2013( end of contract) did not hear from h-d until I had called on aug.12, inquiring where my counter was and if install was gonna be on the 15th, according to contract.h-d said they were on the truck from Maryland and would be on time.i had called Maryland co. and they stated they just got the order and didn't even start to cut the quartz. (h-d 1st lie) on aug.19th called H-d headquarters in ATLANTA, WHERES MY COUNTER TOPS? couldn't find my order no# got back to me the next day and told me installers will contact me today. (lie NO# 2) no phone call.now5 days out of contract putting my kitchen on hold, cancelling, painters, tile installer for back splash, plumber for sink and garbage disp.and to see their next available date in hope of getting counter tops. on aug. 30th(15days out of contract). on aug. 30th got a call from installer counter tops are in, what can we do to rectify situation(little upset to say the least at this point!) made me an offer and with a promised install date and would call me back that day with exact time of install(early the following week,mon.or tues.. No surprise NO PHONE CALL. WAITED.... Wednesday sept.5, I made one final attempt to contact installer, PHONE OUT OF SERVICE !!!! that afternoon called home depot headquarters and told them to stick their counter tops and cancelled.went to K-Kitchens in buffalo n.y.that day and bought my new counter tops and will be installed the 26th of this month or sooner, already had them out to measure.!!didn't take from june 27th- sept.5 th FYI home depot will not cut you any deals because of their screw ups and if you do home depot put it on a charge or home depot charge so you are not out any money!!

The purchase of the tank went well. The install I'll put under Zenner and Ritter.

They didn’t install the windows. They didn’t have one window that we needed and so we have ordered it now. They were pretty responsive. We are still waiting for the window. I don't think that we would need any more windows and if we would use them again.

Home Depot did not impress us on any level from start to finish. We had numerous problems from the start. Home Depot had a contractor come out to measure and then Home Depot ordered the wrong size door, which we were told needed to be a fire door and later found out we didn't. The fire doors happen to be more expensive. When a sales associate from the millwork department at Home Depot called to inform us that they ordered the wrong door we were told the new door would be special order and would cost us more money. I called a couple of times to see when our doors would be in and was given a specific date. We were in the store after the date given and we inquired once again about our doors. We were then told that the installer refused the door because it was damaged and they were waiting on a transfer. Finally, the doors arrived and we set up an install date. The installer arrived and did a fine job on one entry and storm door, but once again Home Depot ordered one wrong door!

The people from Home Depot were polite, and fairly good about being on time. The work was performed in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

Home Depot did a great job installing my door. They had to spend extra time to make the door fit, but now it is perfect. I was very pleased.

Overall, my experience was just ok. The first worker came out and replaced my old storm door with a new one. However, there was a large gap between the door and frame. I called Home Depot to send another worker to fix the problem, which they did.

The crew Home Depot sent were wonderful. They were very particular about caulking around the windows. They did an excellent job. I plan to have more installed.

Some of the work done by Home Depot was done in a sloppy manner and had to be redone. The workers did not seem happy with having to redo a bad job. After that, it looks fine.

My experience working with this company was not very good. First of all, I was very unhappy because it took over six weeks for them to install the countertops in my home after the initial measurements were taken.
