Description of Work: They first guy that came was inexperience and couldn't find problem. I had a friend came over and he said there was still a leak. I called them and said that I would want someone that is more experienced and they sent someone out and they came and found the problem and fixed it for me. They did deduct the charge for the first service call.

Description of Work: Cllogged kitchen sink with disposal. I thought the disposal had expired but it turned out simply to be a clogged drain. John did a thorough clean out and it has worked perfectly since so his diagnosis was correct. I was very pleased with the work and the promptness of the service. The price was fair with no attempt to do more than was needed.
