Description of Work: I called them to fix and outdoor water faucet for my hose and to clean a blocked drain the driveway. They were very punctual and professional. I found the technician (Jordan) to be up front about my options and I didn't feel like he was pressuring me. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: installed main water pipe from the street into basement. I called & they came the next day. the men were great and the price reasonable for the work they had to do.

Description of Work: Initial call was a five day wait. He came over with another man, got mud in my house ,put in a new washer and left. After leaving, faucet still leaked. When I called again to have him return, it was going to be another week before he was available. I cancelled 2nd. appointment and son in law fixed faucet

Description of Work: Called made and appt earliest they could get to me was two days later so I waited. Plumber never showed up never called. When I called to see where they were woman said my appt was from 1-3 not 8-12 didn't offer any apology or any other assistance in anyway!

Mike" called from his prior appt to give me an approximate time of arrival, and, again, as he was leaving for my houseHe was prompt and courteously. He checked my entire kitchen system ,fixed the problem quickly, and patiently answered all my questions giving excellent recommendations. He also installed new washers in sink faucets and a bathroom faucet We discussed another project , describing pros and cons, identifying his own limitations and deferred the job to a co worker, master plumber, more experienced in major construction.I received a quick estimate and, plan to hire them for tis job also.

Description of Work: Called to have bathtub snaked because it was running slow. When I set up the appointment they gave me a 2 hour window. Called about 1/2 hour before he arrived. Was very professional and polite. Found out first bathtub didn't need snake, just cleaned the stopper and then snaked second tub. I appreciated that they charged by the hour so you were not hit with a surprise bill. I have had other plumbers who are always trying to upsell their services (which may or may not be needed) but I felt that Hertel Hardware was honest. I will definitely use them again.
