These guys were not low bid, but almost. The lowest bidder had nothing but bad reviews and the one or two others were a lot higher. As far as I could tell, they did a good and timely job, including the repair of one area of soffit, with an understanding that if there were any other issues, I would need to pay them extra. Which was fine by me, HOWEVER 1. They did not tell me until they were finished that the demo of the old roof would leave a pile of material in the attic that they would only remove for extra money. Make sure to specify this work when you collect bids; and 2. At the last ten minutes of the job on a hot afternoon in the summer, a section of soffit fell off. The owner told me that the company would come back and repair it for a few hundred bucks the next week. I'd made the mistake of paying in full at that time. Then the office started making excuses, first delaying the work by phone, then making excuses through email, then not calling back. I would try again by phone every few months. By the winter, squirrels had moved in to my attic. I tried to get the business to come back several times last summer/fall, a full year later, when I finally got in contact to speak again with the owner - he originally sold me on hiring his company for the the job - who informed me that they showed the job as closed. Squirrels again for the second winter. I am now having to contracting directly with a wildlife exterminator, a cost that should not have to be mine to pay. I am done with these guys UNLESS someone bothers to read this and calls me to fix the soffit once the squirrels are gone. AT THAT TIME, I WILL REVISE THIS REVIEW. In the meantime, if you choose to work with them on price, DO NOT PAY THEM UNLESS THE JOB IS COMPLETELY FINISHED WITH ALL WASTE REMOVED AND OTHER DAMAGES FIXED! I'm still finding nails in my driveway after a year and a half. And I'm still having to pay someone to fix the soffit - as its going now, it is not likely to be them.

I met with a salesman named Mike from this company in mid August because I needed to have my porch roof replaced as it developed a leak. Mike wrote an estimate and spent nearly an hour selling me on this company. After getting a couple other estimates, I decided that this was the company that most impressed me and although they were not the least expensive, I was impressed with the sales presentation. I called Mike to schedule the job. He told me that he needed to have the owner look at the job and write a contract. I called Mike several times over the next few weeks to solidify a contract. He told me not to worry about it and that I was on their list and they would contact me as my job came closer to being done. I also spoke to Jessica in the office and she confirmed that I was on their list and the estimated date that the job would be started was mid October. I checked back again after the first week of October and was told that I was still scheduled for mid month. When mid month arrived, I still had not heard anything so I called Jessica. She informed me that they would not be doing my job after all. They cited weather as their excuse. I talked to the owner who said that he would meet me at the job the following Monday at noon. He never showed up and even though I called the office to find out where he was, he never called me to follow up. Beware, this company clearly writes "estimates" and then cherry picks the jobs that are most desirable to them. There is no way I am getting a roofer to do this job until spring so consequently, I'll have a roof that leaks through the winter.
