+ -1 moreThe wood was shot and the latch was not connecting properly. Kirk adjusted the alignment. Then, when that fix, only lasted a few days, Kirk returned right away, and addressed the problem again, more aggressively, adding wood, etc. There was no charge for the return visit. The door has been working perfectly since then. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Their serviceman looked over the cranky electric strike lock on a one-hundred year old door, which would not close properly.

+ -1 moreVery pleasant on the phone, worked with me to arrange a mutually convenient time. Showed up when they said they would. Did the work right the first time. Let my daughter sign for the work and sent a bill later. My house is 100 years old, and these folks will repair things, rather than just suggest replacement, as I have had other locksmiths do. A real pleasure working with them.
Description of Work: Reset pins in an old single cylinder deadbolt on my house.
