A pleasure, from the estimate, working with Amy in the office (don't ever let her get away! ) to the final installation, everything was professional and everyone was courteous and knew their jobs. Took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. A rare find these days.

Gen-Tech is a very impressive company. We bought and had installed a Generac generator. The office staff was continually supportive and helpful (Thanks, Amy). The crew that came for the installation were efficient, careful, and kind to our dog. When the electrical inspector came he told us he wished all installations were so professionally done as it would make his job much easier.

Paul the serviceman was on time, professional, informative and courteous. Fixed my generator and has it purring like new. Very satisfied from start to finish. Will use them for my routine maintenance from now on.
