Outstanding, both of them are outstanding. I'd give them "A's" across the board and I'd absolutely use them again. I already told my neighbor about them. They are very quick. I chose them because the owner lives across the street from my best friends and he's done a lot of maintenance on their house. So I checked on Angie's list for other people, and they all gave him an "A" too. Communication was wonderful. No one ever calls you back but they do, they call you back.

Ken and Dale Geiger are AMAZING. They and their crew do meticulous work for a VERY reasonable price. My roof is beautiful and they left the yard cleaner than it was when they got here. I absolutely recommend them for any job you have. They did my friend's floor and it's just perfect. Unlike most companies, they call you RIGHT BACK and are on time right to the minute. Don't bother calling anybody else. And no, I'm not related to them.

I was in need of a very serious and quick repair. I was given Dale Geiger's name by a friend. He was at my house within an hour on a Sunday (!). The work was done quickly and meticulously. I am so pleased that I know of Dale and of Geiger Brothers Construction now. I will call them again the next time I need any kind of work.

They were very good. They did the job quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.

They showed up for estimate. Took a lot of time to discuss specifics. Gave a detailed written estimate. Started roughly when they said they would. Showed up every day. Worked long days. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. They lived up to all their promises without having to nag them and keep an eye on them constantly. They were friendly, courteous and respectful. They returned within a reasonable time to complete a small amount of interior trim work around the skylights-- it wasn't a hassle to get them back to finish that up. Their price was right in with several other reputable roofers who gave estimates, and they didn't nickel-and-dime for every little thing that came up. I'm writing this six months from when the work was completed, and no problems have yet emerged after a bunch of rain, wind, snow, ice...
