The addition included a great room, new roof, bath and other things. At only five years old the roof is leaking. The contractor will not return my calls and I can't even get anyone on the phone. The roof should be warrantied. The bathtub in the new bathroom freezes (literally) in winter. The tub ices over and then the water won't drain because the drain is frozen. Also, there's inadequate insulation which caused massive ice dams resulting in water backing into the great room.

after a quick visit to do estimate it took a bit longer than I thought to get quote. once we accepted quote (which was almost half of what another company quoted us) everything went more than smooth. steve and dick were there from Monday to Wednesday doing the required work. they were polite, nice, and did a fantastic job. I would use this company for any other work I need done. everyday the boss showed up to check the work and make sure the guys cleaned up. great experience and I would recommend to anyone I know.
