 + 0 moreHe came when he said he would. Dug the hole, used the new 4x4 I bought and installed my old box. However, he cut off part of the 4x4 and now the box is a little lower than the Post Office wants. I think I will have to raise it. He gave me a discount for not using a charge card.

 + 0 moreAbsolutely looks wonderful! The mailbox was installed around my front garden which isn't all that large considering I live in the city of bflo. Who would have thought that this mailbox would make my house have curb appeal? But it did!
Description of Work: This mailbox was a gift from my boys and quite a surprise. I noticed it as soon as I pulled in the driveway. I live in the city and the houses are close together so I would never have thought of one of these beautiful mailboxes.

 + -1 moreI called Design mailbox and left a message with their answering service and got a call back the same day. I ordered my mailbox and it was installed within one week. He took out my old mailbox, which was in concrete, and that service was included in the cost. I didn't even have to be home. The new mailbox is a great addition to my home and gives my house so much curb appeal. Anyone looking to boost their home's curb appeal needs to call Designer mailbox.

Only hiccup was miss-spelling of the name of our street on mailbox which wasn't noticed until after installer left(this is a common mistake and happens all the time ). We called and to our surprise within an hour it was fixed! We thought this was great service.
Description of Work: Ordered new mailbox and post to our specs based on our selections from his website. When items where received he called and scheduled installation.Removed old mailbox and post . Installed new heavy duty Mailbox and post. This included digging hole and pouring quickset concrete for post.
