+ -1 moreThe employees that arrived to do the job worked very hard and very fast. I was quite surprised how quickly they were able to run all new wire through out the upper apartment. However with speed came a few careless mistakes. They got a little carried away with the saws while cutting away the attic floor boards, which were never replaced. They also left and old wire that was still live exposed and uncapped. They were able to finish the job and fix the issues I had found before collecing final payment. They also helped out with a couple small things above and beyond their job duties to help me out with my renovation. Overall they were reasonable to work with, worked hard and fast, but could pay a bit more attention to detail.
Description of Work: Updated the electrical service in the upper unit of a Duplex. Ran all new wire to new outlets and switches, replaced some of the old wiring, and added circuits to the breaker box.

+ -1 moreThe job was done very well, and the end result looked to be very professional. I was very happy that the gentleman (which I understood to be subcontracted because of the city licensing requirements) was happy to help out with other issues outside the scope of work he was there to do.
Description of Work: Upgraded the electrical service in the a duplex which was in pretty bad shape from previous owner. The job involved installing new line running into the house, new meters, and new boxes with breakers. Also assisted with some electrical issues with an ongoing renovation at the property which was not in the quoted scope of work.
