Description of Work: My hot tub stopped heating.It was right before Thanksgiving. I called Creekside Hot Tub and they had cancellation for the next day and were here on time. Tony the service man knew his stuff and had it fixed and heating again in less than an hour. Cleaned up after himself and was friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to a friend.

+ -1 moreVery well. The tech was very knowledgeable; was quick and thorough, while being very polite and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend this operation.
Description of Work: The Tech replaced the heater in my older model Jacuzzi Hot Tub. While he was there he mentioned that a few of the jets needed to be replaced and sold me 5 that I installed by myself after he left. The hot tub heats up better now than it did 4 years ago when I moved in and started using it!!!

+ -1 moreThe tech arrived right on time and was very courteous to wife. He quickly found the issue and had the unit repaired in a very short time. He replaced the heater with a unit better than what I had and at very good price as on line the part was about $200. He answered my wife's questions about a new hot tub to replace ours and he took the time to explain what was available and how it would save us energy cost.(My tub drinks electricity) I used to use another pool guy forget it, this is my new go to service provider, really the only thing that could made the experience better is if they gave me a new tub.
Description of Work: I called and left a voice mail on Sunday and Bob called back first thing Monday morning. My hot tub died I did not know why. He worked out that a tech could arrive at my house at 3pm when my wife would be home from work. They diagnosed the problem as a burned out grounded heater and replaced the heater.

Description of Work: They removed our old in-ground hot tub and plugged the pipes leading to it. They had their electric and concrete contractors install the electric and the concrete pad for the new above-ground hot tub. They installed the new hot tub and the cover holder. They were terrific. Very responsive right from the start. Very helpful in all areas. I would definitely work with Bob and the company again and recommend them to others.
