My mother, who is not computer savvy, wanted me to write a review. She could have not been more happy with the job! She was amazed with the tech, Austin, and the speed and quality of his work. He was very professional and friendly. As her son, I am constantly looking out for her wellbeing. I want to thank Austin for making my mother feel at ease. Unfortunately we live is a world surrounded by opportunists, it's great to find a company and an employee that do quality work at a reasonable price when they as they will! The installation went great. John Dray, the installer did a thorough job and was very professional. I'm very happy with this company and their work.

I contacted Buffalo glass block online. They responded right away and came out to do measurements. Due to Covid, they were a little behind on a few jobs. They eventually did get to me a few months later. Eric the installer. He was very professional, he was on time, and wore his mask. I had 5 windows installed. Eric was fast he got it done in less than 6 hours. I will definitely be being them back for more jobs. I would definitely recommend having Eric to do the job.

In September we called to get a quote. A representative came out right away and gave us a quote including a Veteran's discount. Due to the many orders they had we were told they would not be able to get to us until January of 2021 but they could put us on a list to call if they had a cancellation. As luck would have it, they called us last week (early December) and said they could install them within the week. Our installer was Joe. He came on time the morning of the appointment. We had 6 basement windows installed which took approximately 5 hours. Joe was very professional and did a very good job. He hauled away the old windows and any trash from the project. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

Chris arrived at the scheduled time. He was prepared to start when he arrived. He was very polite and professional. The work was outstanding, the windows are beautiful. Chris made sure the job site was as clean as it was prior to starting. He removed all the trash. Everything I needed to know regarding the windows was discussed prior to final payment being issued. I would highly recommend Chris and Buffalo Glass Block!!

The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and professional.

They were very professional, punctual, pleasant with a great price tag attached. I was allowed to use the coupon offer from Angie's List with no problem.

They would probably be better suited for small properties / projects than what I used them for.

I'm happy with the windows and that's the main thing but once the weather gets warmer I'd like someone to take a second look because the finish doesn't look as smooth as I thought it should be with the cementing.

The installed was on-time and very quick with the work. Everything turned out great. The installer cleaned up his mess and the area very well, to the point you couldn't tell there was an install that day. Along with that, all debris was removed from the previous install which was nice to not have to deal with. They ask that you don't touch the windows for at least 24 hours, we gave it 48 just so everything could set without any issue and they are still perfect to this day. Great work and highly recommended.

Installer was very pleasant and neat in the work he was doing. Put the window in and cleaned up the mess. Took about 11/2 hours.

Bought the two window special on Angie's List. Was contacted shortly thereafter and met a representative at the site (it is a new build) to go over the details. A couple of days later the windows were installed. They did a great job and gave me the special price for the third window.

Bought through Big Deal. Estimator came out to inspect windows and we requested to have vents in, as deal was for glass block only. Cost and extra $15.00 per window. Worker came out when promised and installed windows. Did mess up drywall around windows. Stated he tried not to, but in order to get windows in, had no choice. Windows look nice, but am going to have to get drywall repaired.

It was fine except the extra costs pushed the job out of my price range.

Perfect. They arrived on time, worked diligently, professionally installed 8 glass block windows and cleaned up after themselves. What more could you ask for?

Excellent. Arrived on time, worked very well, finished task in great time, patched some extra cracks in my basement at no charge, and were very friendly. Cost less than I expected.

Buffalo Glass Block came out to give us an estimate for 8 glass block basement windows in our home. They were very courteous and professional. We ended up going with a company who have us more vented windows for the same price. But had we not received the second estimate we would have utilized Buffalo Glass Block.

They were on time and got the job done quickly. They were prompt and did a good job. We used them because of the references they had and their prices were right on par with everybody else.

They arrived in time. They were finished in a couple of hours. They cleaned up after they finished. We've used them 2 times previously.

Buffalo Glass Block did an excellent job. Their initial quote was higher, but they did agree to match a quote from another local company.
