+ -1 moreThey said they couldn't do anything to fix it and we would just need to replace it with one of their models. He said that he would contact me and he never did. I called them last week. They offered me one of their units.

+ 0 moreMike arrived on the early side of the two hour window. He was friendly and professional. He worked neatly and occasionally would explain what he was doing or ways we could run our stove more efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and will call them next year.
Description of Work: We had our wood stove cleaned annually. It was vacuumed thoroughly and the chimney was checked from the roof.
