The finished job is quite pleasing.  Only time will tell about the quality of the work, as we will have to wait (like any concrete job) to see if the preparations were adequate, and frankly I have confidence that they know what they are doing and it will prove to be a job well done by competent people.  However, (there is always a "however"), I emailed the contractor (Mark) a few days after the job was complete.  My email detailed how pleased we were with the overall look of the job, but I was disappointed with the way they poured in one particular spot.  Frankly, I can't imagine why they would have left a triangular shaped 6 inch wide gap where 3 angles merged at the side of our pool house. It is in an area that we would use to access an outdoor shower, so bare feet would be the norm.  Nine days later....no response.  So, I resent the email.  Several more days went by before I got a response, which was.....wait for it......"Put a rock on it".  Period.  Nothing more.  In itself, that is a ridiculous suggestion for the reasons stated above.  Add the time delay and lack of response, and I wouldn't have felt any differently than if he said "I cashed your check, so screw you".  That is what the definition of "Leaving a bad taste in your mouth" is.

In summary, my neighbor's driveway looks great.  B & W concrete can make a driveway that is as smooth as glass.  However, this company needs to improve the infantile mentality and behavior of its workers.

The service went great. The price was reasonable and they did a great job.

They did a very thorough and clean job on my driveway. There were no problems or conflicts. The price was good. The people who worked on this were all very polite, friendly, and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other members.
