+ -1 moreEven though I did not end up purchasing an Apple computer, they were fair and helpful, and if I were to purchase one, I would go back there.
Description of Work: I had questions regarding Apple computers, and the salesman was very helpful, talked me through a number of issues, including home networking and other complicated things.

+ -1 moreThey have excellent technicians there. You make an appointment for their service and they have always been on time in my experiences with them. The quality of work is fantastic. They can usually fix any problem very quickly. Their prices are great, too, because they only charge for the parts and not the labor.
Description of Work: I took my Mac laptop to the Apple Store because the battery wouldn't charge. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and repair it.

+ -1 moreThis store is at a very convenient location in my area. They are the only place you want to go to for your Apple needs. The people are great and they know what they are talking about. The prices are always fair and the services are just top notch.
Description of Work: Apple repaired my PC when it was having problems shutting off when it should not have been and I was getting a bunch of pop-ups. They also did trouble shooting with me.
