Excellent !

This was our second time purchasing a gas fireplace insert from American Eagle Fireplace. This time we had one installed in our kitchen fireplace. The experience was just as good as our first purchase for our family room several years ago. They are very good at helping you select a model you will be completely satisfied with. Great care is taken to properly assess, measure, and select a model that will complement decor. Also, the two installers were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a gas insert!

Exceptional work.. Everything looks great.. this is a great company and know how to overcome obstacles during install.. would recommend them and use the again.

I purchased the Enviro Gas Stove from them 10 years ago as well as a very expensive play system. The stove (fireplace) started to build carbon on the glass, inside the fireplace, and all over the vent on the outside. It was very unsafe. I waited month's for them to get back to me. They did not return my call unless I pursued them. It appears that one of the seams to the glass windows (front) of the stove was corrupted pulling in air. This company could not repair the stove or order parts for it. Stated that they are no longer a distributor. Wanted me to purchase a brand new stove from them for $3,000.00. Did not recommend where I could go to get the stove repaired. They insisted on replacement only. I went on line and found the parts through a distributor. Asked them if I purchased the parts, could they put in the new glass door. They still would not entertain repair. Stated that it would void the warranty. I felt they were not for the customer but for a sale only. I have had them as a contractor for the last ten years for upkeep of the stove. They could have told me during this time that they no longer service the fireplace. Sales person was less than professional and pushy on the phone. However, manager called back and he was professional. He tried to explain his position, but the damage was already done as far as I was concerned . I have since found another fireplace distributor that can provide the service and will work with me. The glass assembly will be about $490.00 with an additional price for the installation. It appears that you cannot just repair the seam. Given the bad service, I will not purchase anything from American Eagle Fireplace & Playsets. I am done!

Everything went well until I smelled gas a few hours after the technicians left. I called the office and left a message and the office manager called me back. After he spoke to the tech. and called back, he instructed me to turn off the gas line in the floor valve. That worked to stop the gas leak. He then indicated that someone would come out first thing in the am. When the tech. came back, he confirmed the source of the leak but indicated that he could not fix it at this time and I should call the office or a plumber to schedule an appt. to fix it(I thought that was why he was there). I was dissappointed that the company did not complete the job whereby I had a fully functional (and safe) working gas fireplace. I called someone else to finish the job.

American Eagle are good problem solvers. There was a part we had to order that they came out to install right away. I was very happy with them.

The people from American Eagle Fireplace were pleasant to deal with, and did a very great job!! I would definitely recommend them.
