Owner died and helpers that took over were extremely unqualified. Could not build a house for anywhere near what they quoted. They kept adding on charges that normally are included in the build and jacking up the price. Project was completed 8 months late. Definitely would not recommend this builder.

This company is great! We are so happy with all the work they did! They built us a beautiful new deck, completely re-sided our house with gutters and soffits, and built us a new wood fence. They are skilled professionals who are very responsive to customers' needs and questions. The work they did was excellent and it was a pleasure dealing with them. They showed up on time every morning and did a full day's work. The pricing is very fair and they gave us options to help us save money. They really worked with us to get everything exactly the way we wanted it. We wholeheartedly recommend this company!

It did not go well. Before they replaced the roof I had experienced some damage from water leaks and had installed temporary solution abating the water. I had not had any water leaks for several years. They replaced the roof and during the first rains I had water coming down in many places. Interior damage was significant. Upon investigation I found that they had cut all the way through the siding to install some counterflashing, allowing rain water to run down the siding and enter the chimney cavity. From there it went into the house in many places, causing drywall damage and mold. They came out and looked, and said they would repair it. But that's not happened, and they no longer return my calls or e-mails. I have to go back on the roof in the spring and correct the damage they did to the siding and re-flash the chimney. This winter my house project will be to correct all the drywall damage they caused. Other issues include mas aligned ridge cap, ice and water shield improperly cut off at roof edge, nails all over the ground, errors on nailing shingles that were "repaired" by caulking, and other similar things. A sloppy job overall for a premium price that will cost me several thousand dollars to repair. I suppose they are probably OK for a simple job, but their work is sort of sloppy and they certainly don't stand behind errors they cause. I regret hiring them.
