AFFORDABLE WINDOW CLEANING

I had them scheduled to come to my house on May 12, 2015 and they did not show due to the wind. This is understandable, but they never called to let me know or reschedule. I called back after a couple of weeks and scheduled a new time for them to come. Apparently they came to the house then, but were not able to do the services for the original price quoted so they left. Again - no phone call. I called them and spoke with the owner who gave me a new price and said they would get out to my house as soon as they could. After 2 weeks I called on a Wednesday. They said they would be there on Saturday. Again, they never showed up and never called. I have given up on them and have not called back to set up a new time.

Window cleaning was excellent but they broke 3 of my screens without telling me before they left. They also missed cleaning one complete gutter. The owner came out to look at the screens and gave me a difficult time about paying for the damaged screens. The aluminum frame on the screens was clearly bent. I deducted the cost of the screen repair from my payment to them. As far as I am concerned they are not a reputable company.

They are very good. They are very flexible. They call me the day before they come, so I can make sure all my screens are out. They leave my bill for me if I m not home. They charge $2 a window. They are great. They do a good job.

I've used this service twice now and will use them again. While they aren't the most prompt they are good. I have six old multi-paned windows and accompanying storm windows and they clean them well and cleaned and flushed the back gutters.

Not very good.
