+ -1 moreWe have always used ADT for our alarm monitoring needs. They are very good to us and quite responsive. They are never a problem to communicate with. They do the job accurately and we feel that for the service we are getting, we are paying a pretty decent price.

+ -1 moreWe feel very secure with this alarm system. They were very responsive and helpful when we had a problem with the alarm. They knew exactly what to do and did the work very quickly and efficiently. They get top grades from me.
Description of Work: ADT Security Services responded very quickly with a phone call when our alarm went off. They had to replace the monitor. We pay them a monthly fee to monitor our alarm system.

+ -1 moreWHEN ADT INSTALLED MY SECURITY SYSTEM, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT I GUESS ALL ALARMS COST ABOUT THAT MUCH. I FEEL SAFE AND SECURE KNOWING THAT ADT IS PROTECTING ME.
