Description of Work: Have used adema heating for years. Had them out to service my furnace. Had to have them come out 5 times to replace a motor. Turned out to be defective, which they should have picked up on right away. Was not putting out heat and was very loud. Finally realized it was a defective motor and replaced it but because 30days had passed the labor wasn't warrantied. How does that even make sense. Even spoke to the owner and would not waive labor charge, with late fees tacked on because they refused to reason with me. Will never use again

Description of Work: replaced a drain valve on 2 boilers , charged over 3times the price of the valve that I could have purchased much cheaper online or at a plumbing supply house locally.
