Nice job by Sarah and Travis. Our carpets look like they did when we first bought our home. Thanks so much for your kind attention to details like moving furniture. And the gutters professionally cleaned will keep my husband off the roof. Thanks for blowing the leaves out of our garage, too.

Sarah and her husband worked hard the entire time they were deep cleaning our home and apartment. Not only were they professional, but they also listened to our requests and customized their work to fill our needs. We will see them again next week, as we have asked them to come back to clean our gutters and shampoo our carpets.

Neat as button has been cleaning our home for a few years now every two weeks. every other month we have her do a few deep clean ad on's within her list. this last visit she did an oven cleaning and a fridge cleaning. Although it took her about an hour to clean the refrigerator it was done properly. I watched her use a razor blade to the small thin areas that collected gunk that were otherwise pretty well unreachable. Everything she has done, is done right. We've never h,';[,'.ad a complaint. As far as customer service and punctuality, she always calls a day ahead, just to make sure you still need the services, and to make sure she doesn't have to charge you a cancellation fee. She's usually early and if she is going to be late, she has always called. Never has she not shown up. I highly recommend her.

Sarah has gone above and beyond since our first encounter with her. We hired her for my Aunt and Uncle's home, since they are selling it. Over the years the house had become cluttered, mild hoarders I suppose. She decluttered, organized, sorted and cleaned everything. (3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, living room , dining room, breakfast nook, florida room and kitchen) When she started cleaning I was amazed at some of the things she went out of her way to do. From q-tips in heater vents to hand washing 3,032 sq of the hardwood floor throughout their house. It proved to me that she takes pride in her work. She even leaves flowers in a vase when she leaves, her own personal touch. We were surprised to find out that she was not only the owner, but also the only cleaner. We never had to deal with a crew of people, or a different person coming at every visit. There were no travel fees (Merry Maids was going to charge us $75 for travel alone, when her basic cleaning only costs $70) She knew what we wanted to get done and she did it! Still does! She is always punctual, professional yet so friendly. I give Neat As A Button Cleaning Service two thumbs up!
