+ 1 moreThis was a disaster. When we took our screen door into the store, one of the workers kept pushing us to get new windows in our house. After numerous "No thank yous", I finally told him that I needed to see how well they fixed the door before I would consider them for more work. When we picked up the door, the door handle was installed improperly so we fixed it ourselves rather than take the whole door down and return it. When we tried to put the new panes into the door, they were the wrong size. We ended up taking the door down anyway and returned the door so that they could remeasure the openings. They told us that they would have the new panes within two weeks, however, we did not get them until six weeks later. When we finally got the panes back, they were still not quite the right size but we were not going back to them again.
Description of Work: We needed a screen door repaired. New handle for the door, new panes made for the door, and new screens made for the door.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned up outside and inside. One of the blinds in the window didn't work right, so they came back and replaced it. We thought one of the windows got cracked by some kids playing ball, so we called them to come out and they said it could be a stress fracture, so they replaced it for us at no charge.
Description of Work: We had all of the windows replaced and we had two bay windows installed.
