While I was on vacation in Florida, my grandfather's furnace stopped working. He is near 90 and didn't know what to do. My neighbor headed over with space heaters and I started calling Heating and Cooling companies at 5:30 pm on Tuesday 2/18. Several didn't answer. One company agreed to do an emergency call and then didn't show up. I finally was referred to ABC Property Maintenance. The owner sent a technician who lived near my grandfather over to assess the problem. He was there within 30 minutes of my call. The technician called the owner and then the owner came with the correct part and fixed the furnace immediately. Everything was taken care of within 2 hours of my call. My grandfather loved them and he carries their business card around and tells everyone. I highly recommend them for any home repair needs. Plumbing, heating, electric, windows, doors, roofing, locks etc... They were very responsive, very friendly, and explained everything to my grandfather so he knew exactly what was happening.
