Generator Install
First,when it was delivered when said, but left in the middle of my yard, not off to the side like I had requested. When I called to ask about the location, I was told they would not move it, I could do it myself. Due to the large size, my husband and I needed the help of 6 additional people to help with this task.
When my card was charged for the rental, the price was almost double what was quoted to me. When I called the company to ask why the charges were so high, they told me that there was sales tax and setup charges added. I asked how those additional charges could double the cost of the rental. The "manager" I was speaking with asked me who I thought I was and was I tax-exempt? He proceeded to tell me I was and idiot and then hung up the phone on me!

Generator Install
My generator would caught out when there was a storm and two other places came to fix it but the problem wasn't fixed, so I called the manufacturer of the generator and recommended ABC. They came out and repaired it and it is fine. I am really happy. I took out an extended warranty with them, I am very happy with them.
