Description of Work: Installed new insulated garage door and new garage door opener with free keypad. | |I chose Abbott Door after getting two additional estimates. The deciding factor was their turn around time. Their price was the most competitive, and I had my new door installed within a week. I like that they are a small company. Prompt, courteous and very friendly and "down to earth". I highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreWhen I found that Abbott Door Co. had an excellant report card from Angie's List plus they had earned a POH Normination I quickly called them early the next morning on 8/30/2007. I found the two owners, Karen and Dennis very friendly and accommodating. Dennis came out as soon I came home from work. He quickly found the problem and told me he could fix it within 15 min. He was completely efficient and I would NOT hesitate to call him back again if ever needed as well as recommend his company to anyone needing any garage door service.
Description of Work: Dennis came out & replaced 2 pulleys on my electric garage door.

+ -1 moreThere is never any non sense with them. They are good and tell you upfront what the problem is and how much it will cost. They don t try to sell you anything extra, which to me is very professional. The quality of the work is right up to my standards as well.
Description of Work: The door went down on our garage because the springs broke. They replaced both springs.

+ -1 moreThe sales person, Karen, and the installer, Randy did a wonderful job. They were very informative, polite and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had a garage Door Replaced. I went to Abbott Garage and spoke with Karen. She was very informative regarding the type of garage door I would need. I had a pre-existing insulated garage door and she explained that I really do not need an insulated one since It was not attached to my house. She saved me a lot of money. The appointment was set up for 2 days later and their installer Randy was right on time. The old garage door was taken down and the new one installed. The old one was hauled away which made my life easier. There was one glitch, in which when I later used the garage door, it would catch on the weather stripping. I called the next day and it was repaired by the time I got home from work.
